WHAT IS MIDLIFE TRANSITIONS THERAPY?
Midlife transitions therapy is a space to focus on the ways life shifts for many women after turning 50. Midlife often arrives quietly at first—a restlessness you can’t quite name, a growing exhaustion from always being needed, or the unsettling realization that the life you built no longer fits in the way it once did.
For many women, this season brings a convergence of change: children growing up, aging parents, shifting relationships, career burnout, hormonal and body changes, grief, and deeper questions about identity, purpose, and fulfillment. It can feel disorienting to look around at a life you worked hard to build and still wonder, What about me?
