FOURTH TRIMESTER MAMA CIRCLE

Motherhood can feel overwhelming and isolating, our Postpartum Caregiver Support Group is here to help when the transition to motherhood feels overwhelming. This is a judgment-free, mother-to-mother support group for women experiencing depression, anxiety, or other mood disorders during pregnancy or the postpartum period. The group is well-versed and specially trained in supporting perinatal mood challenges.  Perinatal mood struggles are often best treated with a combination of medication, therapy, and group support. Come join us to share your experiences and feelings with a supportive community of peers. Meetings are open to all pregnant women and mothers. Babies under one year are welcome to come, but we ask that older children remain at home. Contact Katherine for the schedule.

Six Sessions are $150 (sliding scale offered). You can also spread your sessions out over 12 weeks if you would like. No limitation on the age or stage of the child, all infants and children are welcome!
